COOKIE:

1/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. butter
2 c. flour

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1 egg white
Vanilla
Confectioners sugar - enough to make nice consistency

Mix together the cookie ingredients; chill for 1 hour. Add more flour if needed.

Roll out - use 1 1/2-inch round cookie cutter (or glass) and dip in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Prick with fork. Bake 7 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool on sheet. Mix ingredients for icing and then ice one cookie and put another one on top (like a sandwich).
