CRABMEAT SALAD 
2 1/2 lbs. lump crabmeat or sea legs
16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. mayonnaise
1 1/2 - 2 c. celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
Scant 1/4 c. cracker meal
1/2 c. green onion

Squeeze water out of crab shapes. Mix crab with softened cream cheese and all other ingredients and chill. Serves a crowd!
