SCALLOPS A-LA-AL | |
3 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce 3/4 lb. scallops 1 apple, diced 1/3 c. raisins 1 tsp. curry powder (or to taste) 1 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste) 1/4 c. sherry or Madeira Cooked rice Heat oil and teriyaki sauce in frying pan or Wok. Add scallops, apple and raisins to oil and heat. Add curry powder and garlic powder; cover and cook a short time (until scallops are tender). Add sherry or Madeira and let warm thoroughly. Serve over a bed of rice. |
