PECAN TARTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add flour. Divide into 24 pieces and press into small muffin tins.

Filling:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream brown sugar and butter. Add egg, vanilla and salt. Mix well and add pecans. Fill tarts and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
