CURRIED FRUIT 
3/4 stick butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 can peach slices, drained
1 can pear halves, drained
1 can pineapple slices, drained
1 jar spiced apple rings
Maraschino cherries

Combine butter, sugar, and curry powder and bring to a boil. drain all fruit and place in 2 quart baking dish. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Garnish with cherries. Bake at 325 degrees until it bubbles, about 30-40 minutes. Serve hot. Very good with poultry, ham, and pork. Serves 8-10.
