COLE SLAW DRESSING 
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar (scant)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil or olive oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly. Pour over 1 medium head of cabbage (shredded) and 2 carrots (shredded).
