CHOCOLATE CHIP & OAT CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter
3 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. Quick oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips
Orange Glaze

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam cooking spray. Mix brown sugar, butter and egg whites. Stir in milk. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Spread with Orange Glaze.

Orange Glaze: Mix 2 tablespoons butter, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon orange peel and 1 tablespoon orange juice.
