4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can of any pie filling (lemon, cherry or blueberry)

Mix all ingredients together except pie filling. Spoon half of batter in 9 x 13 pan, then spoon pie filling on batter, and then the rest of batter. Can drizzle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
