CHOCOLATE POT DE CREME 
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped vanilla chocolate (semi-sweet)
1/2 c. egg yolks

Combine the cream, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in a 2 quart saucepan and heat until it is hot. Do not boil.
