STUFFED RIGATONI 
1-1 1/2 lb. rigatoni
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 can spinach, drained
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped very fine
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Stuff rigatoni tightly. Boil water in large Dutch oven and add stuffed rigatoni. Drain (do not rinse). Serve with spaghetti sauce. Serves 6-8.
