CARAMEL DIP 
INGREDIENTS FOR 5 APPLES:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. white sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

INGREDIENTS FOR MORE THAN 5 APPLES:

12 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk. Keep refrigerated until ready to dip. Slice apples in strips to use. This is also good with other fruits.
