STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 1/2 qts. strawberries
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 bottle Certo

Crush berries. Add sugar and lemon juice. Stir 3 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Add Certo and stir to mix. Put into jar and seal. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours. Freeze. This is especially elegant over ice cream.
