HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 sm. can slivered water chestnuts, drained
1 can Soya chicken, diced
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can shoestring potatoes, to cover top

Mix in order. Top with shoestring potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
