PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (do not use instant)
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, nuts, butter and pudding; blend well. Press into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. In the same bowl, combine remaining ingredients blend well. Pour into pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
