CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 oz. dried beef

In medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup dried beef. Chill cheese mix for 15 minutes. Shape into ball and roll in remaining beef. Chill at least 20 minutes or longer.
