SQUASH CASSEROLE 
10 to 12 med. squash
1 onion
3 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. soul food seasoning
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Wash and dry squash. Cut into squares. Cut onions. Boil together. Drain well. Add other ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (before putting in oven, spread with bread crumbs).
