1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello 1 pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello 1 pkg. (6 oz.) lime Jello 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple in syrup 1 c. Cool Whip 1/2 c. mayonnaise 5 c. boiling water 3 c. cold water Dissolve lime Jello in oblong pan using 2 cups boiling water, then mix in 1 1/2 cups cold water. Set until very firm. In separate bowl, dissolve lemon Jello with 1 cup boiling water. Gradually blend dissolved Jello into softened cream cheese, beating until smooth. Add pineapple with syrup and chill until slightly thickened. Blend in Cool Whip and mayonnaise, chill until very thick. When lime Jello is firm spread cream cheese mixture over it. Set until firm. |
