RICE SALAD 
1/2 tsp. curry
Butter and water called for in rice mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
1 (6 oz.) artichoke hearts, marinated and chopped
10 green olives, sliced (with pimento)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 sliced green onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Melt butter and curry. Cook rice per package directions. Cool. Add drained artichoke hearts, olives, bell pepper and onions. Mix mayonnaise and oil from artichokes. Add to rice. Chill overnight.
