GARLIC CHEESE ROLL | |
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, room temperature 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 9 oz. creamed cheese, room temperature 2 c. chopped pecans 1 med. clove garlic, minced fine 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper Paprika to sprinkle on the waxed paper Combine all ingredients; sprinkle a generous amount of paprika on sheets of waxed paper; form the cheeses in silver-dollar size rolls and roll in the paprika. (Cover with waxed paper.) Let stand in refrigerator or freezer for 24 hours. Slice and serve on crackers of your choice. |
