SPAGHETTI ZUCCHINI 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
28 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4-6 oz. spaghetti, cooked slightly firm
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 lb. sliced zucchini

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, green pepper, tomato, garlic, oregano, sugar and tomato sauce. Cook until thick. Arrange zucchini slices on bottom and sides of 9x13 inch pan. Top with cooked pasta. Cover with meat sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
