CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion, grated
2 pkgs. Jiffy brand corn muffin mix
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine first four ingredients and spread into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread sour cream over this. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or more until set. Serve as a side dish at dinner.
