STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
32 lg. (2 lbs.) mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. sausage
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Melted butter

Chop and saute stems and garlic in butter over medium heat until golden, approximately 3 minutes. Add sausage, saute, stir occasionally until brown. Stir in bread, cheese and parsley. Taste and season. Stuff mushrooms. Heat oven to 550 degrees or broil. Brush with melted butter. Broil 4 inches from heat, about 3 minutes.
