STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Lg. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. Italian bulk sausage
1/4 c. stuffing mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions

Remove stems from mushroom and chop stems into pieces. Brown sausage, onion and the mushroom stems. Drain. Cool and mix with crumbs and eggs. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
