QUICK PIZZA 
4 English muffins, split
3 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced (approx. 32 slices)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Place 4 English muffin halves on Oven Pan. Top brown using Broil setting. Layer about 4 slices pepperoni over each toasted muffin. Combine tomato sauce, onion and oregano and spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons sauce over pepperoni, then sprinkle with cheese. Return oven pan to rack and top brown until cheese is bubbly, 1 to 2 cycles. Serve hot. Repeat with remaining muffin halves. Makes 8 (4") pizzas.
