FETTUCCINE MIGUEL 
1 lb. fettuccine
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
12 oz. plain yogurt
1/3 c. Half & Half
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook pasta as directed and place in pan. Over low heat, add remaining ingredients in order listed. Mix carefully until desired consistency, altering amount of ingredients to taste. Serves 3 to 5.
