POTATO CHEDDAR SOUP 
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Cook.

Microwave chopped potatoes and carrots until tender.

Mix 1/4 cup flour into butter.

2 can chicken broth
1/4 c. powdered milk
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Basil
Dry mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened in cubes

Stir broth in flour/butter and cook until thick. Add some liquid, milk and cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
