2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. grated onion
2 boxes frozen spinach
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise

Thaw spinach and squeeze out water. Cream the cheese and add all ingredients. Mix well. Spread on white bread, which has been cut in circles. One large loaf of bread makes 64 sandwiches.
