CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
Pinch salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
Unbaked pie crust

Beat the whole eggs. Cream sugar and butter, add flour and rest of ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
