1 qt. sweet milk 3 lemons 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. cream Pinch of salt Warm milk and dissolve half cup sugar in same. Cut 2 lemons in this slices. Add juice of 1 lemon and mix with 1 cup sugar. Let stand 1 hour. When ready to freeze pour in milk. When cold add lemon juice mixture and cream. Freeze hard. |
