RANCH STYLE STEAKS 
1 c. Corn Flakes
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
4 tender round steaks
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 sm. cans tomato sauce

Mix Corn Flakes and chili powder. Beat egg with water. Dip steaks in egg and then coat with Corn Flakes. Brown. Remove from skillet, saute onions and peppers. Add steaks and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on simmer 45 minutes.
