STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CONSERVE 
1 qt. strawberries
7 c. sugar
1 qt. rhubarb

Cap strawberries and cut unpeeled rhubarb into 1/2" slices before measuring. Add sugar. Cook slowly until sugar dissolves, then boil rapidly until thick. Pour, boiling hot into hot sterilized jars; seal at once.
