COUNTRY HAM AND RED EYE GRAVY | |
Country ham 1 c. water or weak coffee Fry ham slow in iron skillet until done but not hard. Pour off all grease in a small bowl. While skillet is still hot, pour in water or coffee. Put back on burner and stir to get brown crumbs mixed up. Then pour in bowl of ham grease. |
