ENCHILADAS 
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded (save 1/4 lb. cheese aside for topping)
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can tomato and green chilies (Rotel brand)
10 to 12 flour tortillas

Set 1 can enchilada sauce and 1/2 can of tomato and green chilies aside for sauce. Mix all of ingredients together, except tortillas. Heat tortillas; fill with meat mixture. Put in large cake pan. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
