CHOCOLATE RICE KRISPY TREATS 
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 tbsp. water
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly and remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies. Stir. Pour 1/2 cereal into buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Chill. Melt chocolate morsels, sugar, butter, and water in double boiler. Spread over cereal, then put 2nd 1/2 cup cereal on top and chill.
