MEXICAN QUICHE 
12 oz. chorizo
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. picante sauce
4 oz. diced green chilies
Sm. can sliced olives
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese

CRUST:

3/4 c. white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
10 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
4 to 6 tbsp. cold water

Fry chorizo, then put in large bowl and add all of the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in partially baked quiche crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Crust: Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Stir in cold water. Press into quiche pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
