LOW - CAL GROUND TURKEY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces with liquid
4 c. canned tomatoes and juice, chopped fine
2 packets beef bouillon
3 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked

Brown turkey in non-stick skillet. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bouillon. Bring to a boil and add macaroni. Boil, uncovered, until macaroni is tender and liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes). If needed, add more tomato. Serves 4.

Each serving provides: 3 protein, 1 bread, and 3 vegetables exchanges.
