KAT'S GREEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning (or to taste) about 10 tortillas 2 or 3 cups shredded "fiesta" blend cheese Brown meat in large skillet, add in taco seasoning and mix well. In a large bowl, mix sour cream and green chiles. Stir in meat. In a 9x13-inch pan, layer bottom with tortillas. Pour in beef, sour cream, and chiles. Add layer of cheese. Add another layer of tortillas, and top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot, but leftovers are great! Submitted by: Kat |
