ARLENE'S CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of cloves
2 c. shredded zucchini, very well drained

Mix together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add sour milk. Sift together and add: flour, dry ingredients and spices. Fold in shredded zucchini. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix together. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
