LASAGNA 
1 1/2 c. water
2 cans spaghetti sauce (27 oz. each)
2 lbs. hamburger or pork sausage or combination, browned
1 box (16 oz.) lasagna noodles
1 container ricotta (15 oz.) (I use 16 oz. cottage cheese with 2 eggs)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine water, meat and spaghetti sauce. Cover bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with sauce. Arrange layer of uncooked noodles, slightly over-lapping on top of sauce. Spread 1/2 ricotta, 1/2 Mozzarella over noodles. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Add another layer of sauce. Repeat with another layer noodles, remaining ricotta, Mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Top with layer of noodles. Pour remaining sauce over, spreading to cover edges of noodles. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan. Cover with lid or foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
