HURRY-UP BLACK BOTTOM PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped or whipped topping
1 (8 inch) crumb pie shell

Cook vanilla pudding mix according to package directions for pie filling. Measure 1/2 cup hot pudding into bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate morsels for garnish; add remaining morsels immediately to hot filling in bowl.

Stir until smooth. Turn into prepared pie shell. Add rum flavoring to remaining pudding; pour over chocolate mixture. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours. Spread layer of whipped cream over top; garnish with reserved semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
