1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c. butter 1 lg. cream cheese (8 oz.) 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 Cool Whip 1 can pie filling Mix graham crackers and melted butter press mixture into pan (8 x 8) tightly. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar well. Add whip cream and mix well. Put on top of graham crackers. Then spread pie filling on top. Chill overnight or 12 hours ahead. |
