SPARE RIBS | |
2 (4 oz.) baby food peaches 1/3 c. catsup 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 lb. spare ribs Mix together all ingredients except ribs. Rub ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs meat side up in foil lined shallow pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Spoon off fat. Pour sauce over ribs. Continue baking for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste several times while baking. |
