BOSTON CREAM CHEESECAKE 
9 oz. yellow cake mix

Grease bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package; pour batter evenly into springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/3 c. sour cream

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream; pour over cake layer. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. 2 - 1 oz. squares of unsweetened chocolate 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Melt chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Add water and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread over cheesecake. Chill several hours. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
