GUACAMOLE DIP 
2 ripe avocados, peeled & mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 ripe tomato, diced

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or fresh raw vegetables. If you would like to add garnish, parsley is a good choice. Makes about 1 cup.
