HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham (cooked or uncooked)
1/2 lb. veal (I use sausage now)
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 egg
Milk

Mix all ingredients, except milk. Put into small loaf pan. Pour a little milk over, just enough to cover. If it gets too dry while baking, add a bit more. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
