CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini

Cream butter, oil and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and sour milk. Combine flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over unbaked cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
