PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (sm. can)
Raisins and nuts - optional

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs. Alternate dry ingredients with water. Add pumpkin, raisins and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350. Yields 3 small loaves or 2 large. Sift powdered sugar over warm bread.
