CHICKEN TETRAZZINI | |
2 slices bacon 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2 cups shredded American cheese 1/4 cup pimento 1 3/4 cups cooked peas 2 cups cut up cooked chicken Fry bacon and crumble. Add onion and green pepper. Cook and brown slightly. Add cheese, pimento, peas and chicken. Heat thoroughly, using chicken broth if more liquid is needed. Add 2 cups cooked macaroni. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Garnish with tomato slices and olives. |
