3 c. diced zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Bisquick

Beat eggs. Add liquid mix. Pour into 10 x 6 1/2 inch pans and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
