SPEEDY SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 slices white bread, torn into sm. pieces
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl, mixing well. Spread in 9 inch glass pie plate. Microwave on medium-high for 7 minutes. Spread mashed potatoes over ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on medium-high for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
